MINING WATER FROM A COMET CORE
Dr. Anthony C. Zuppero of the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory has written a study of the mining of ice from various extraterrestrial bodies. Also, see Kuck, 1995 (references).
David Gore has proposed a method for extracting water from a comet which is based on Dr. Zuppero's work.
